Shipping Policy

We strive to ship orders on Mondays. If you place your order on a Monday, we can also ship it on Tuesday. Orders placed on any other day of the week—Tuesday through Sunday—will ship the following Monday.

• Order placed Monday → Ships Tuesday
• Order placed Tuesday–Sunday → Ships the following Monday

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via FedEx, primarily using 2-Day service. Overnight shipping is available upon request.

For large orders, contact us for an LTL refrigerated freight quote.

We release all signature requirements, so your package will be delivered whether you're home or not. Please leave special delivery instructions at checkout (for example: shaded area, front porch, side door, back door).

Slight thawing could occur during transit. This is normal and safe. We do not offer reimbursements for thawed products that are still within safe temperature ranges upon arrival.

We monitor weather conditions closely. If severe weather may affect delivery timelines, we may recommend delaying shipment until conditions improve.

All meat is shipped frozen, but may not arrive completely frozen due to natural thaw during transit.
